Ceremony have been churning out great pop songs full of sonic extremes and electronic mayhem
for a few years now. Their first self titled record melted speakers with hot fuzz and reverbed vocals. With sounds
that harken back to Phil Spector era production and melodies that are instantly stuck in your head, you will be glad
you pick up anything this band puts out. You may know Paul & John from the now legendary Skywave, but since they have
expanded out into new territories of sound.
Live, Ceremony cranks the drum machines and brings the noise
in full effect. John plays tight bass lines that give Peter Hook a lesson or two in rocking it, and Paul has more sounds
under his sleeve than three guitar players. Live or on record, Ceremony hit full throttle and never brake to catch a breath.
